Setup

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack
2. Click Connect
3. Authorize Circuit in Slack popup
4. Select channels to monitor

How It Works

Disconnect

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Slack.

GitHub

Add code context to your briefs.

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → GitHub
2. Click Connect
3. Authorize and select a repository

What It Provides

• Files to Touch section in briefs with real file paths from your repo
• Code structure awareness for better implementation suggestions
• Tech stack detection for relevant brief content

Access Level

Circuit uses repository-level access to read your code structure, file tree, README and recent commits. This is used to suggest accurate file paths in briefs.

Feedback Widget

Embed a feedback form on your website.

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Widget
2. Adjust appearance:
   • Primary color and text color
   • Position (bottom-left or bottom-right)
   • Theme (light, dark, auto)
   • Button text
   • Circuit branding toggle
3. Copy the embed code
4. Paste into your website HTML

API Key

Your API key authenticates widget submissions. To regenerate:

1. Go to Widget settings
2. Click Regenerate API Key
3. Update your embed code

Close the Loop

When you ship a priority, customers who submitted via widget (with email) are notified automatically.
