Why Circuit exists

AI agents build fast. Cursor and Claude Code turned weeks of coding into hours. But deciding what to build didn't speed up. Customer feedback still sits across Slack, email, spreadsheets. Ranking it still means meetings, gut feelings and whoever argues loudest.

The bottleneck moved from engineering to product decisions.

Circuit exists to close that gap. It takes customer feedback, groups it into priorities, generates build specs that reference the actual codebase and tells customers when their request ships. The full loop, automated.

Built by Catherine

I started my career in customer research over 20 years ago. I spent hours doing detailed analysis on what customers think, need and struggle with. Customer feedback became the constant.

My career evolved across Sydney, London and Singapore. Strategy, go-to-market and product management at Intuit, WPP and TradeGecko. Each time, I'd gather feedback directly or dig through existing data. Never satisfied with the methods. Weekends spent on spreadsheets.

Now felt like the right time. AI changed how we collect, sort, group and rank feedback. And AI coding moves so fast that waiting days or weeks for "what to build" feels like an eternity.

My mission with Circuit is to make customer feedback usable.

Solo-founded in Sydney. Launched February 2026.

Four values

Founding a company let me identify what really matters and weave it into Circuit from day one.

Be the mouse

How does the mouse eat the elephant? One bite at a time.

Make it useful

Remove all the work.

Do the circuits

Ship. Hear back. Improve. Ship again.

Give a shit

Sweat the customer details.

The AI product gap

Tools exist for feedback collection. Tools exist for ranking dashboards. Tools exist for spec-driven code generation. No tool connects all three.

Circuit is the pipeline between customer feedback and AI coding agents. It guides what to build so the team can focus on building it.
