Team & Account

One workspace, shared data. Everyone on the team sees the same priorities, briefs and feedback.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address

Team members are invited as Editors. Invites expire after 7 days.

The team roster at Settings → Team shows all members, their roles, pending invite links and when they joined. Owners can remove members or resend expired invites from here.

Roles

Two roles: Owner and Editor.

Manage settings

The account creator is the Owner. Only Owners can invite new members, change the plan or manage billing.

Seat Limits

Each plan sets the maximum number of team members:

PlanSeats
Starter2
Pro5
Max10

At the seat limit, new invites are blocked until a seat opens or the plan is upgraded. Go to Settings → Billing to upgrade.

Shared Workspace

The entire team shares one workspace. Priorities, briefs, feedback and integrations are visible to all members. Changes sync across tabs in real time. No refresh needed.

Product Focus

Go to Settings → Account and describe your product focus. This helps Circuit generate more relevant briefs.

Priority Engine

Use the dropdown at the top of the Priorities page to switch focus lenses (User Growth, Revenue Growth, Retention Risks, Delighters, Bug Fixes & Quality, New Features).

Theme

Circuit follows your OS preference automatically. Switch between Light, Dark and System themes using the toggle in the header, or go to Settings → Account → Appearance for the full three-button toggle (Light, Dark, System).
