Customers

The Customers page gives you a view of everyone who has submitted feedback — across all sources.

Opening Customers

Click Customers in the main navigation.

What You'll See

Each customer record shows:

  • Name and email (where provided)
  • Revenue band (Enterprise, Paid, Free)
  • Number of feedback items submitted
  • Which priorities their feedback contributed to
  • Last seen date

Revenue Bands

Revenue bands weight feedback in the priority scoring engine. Enterprise feedback carries more weight in the Revenue Growth and Retention Risks focus lenses.

Set a customer's revenue band when importing feedback (CSV, manual entry, API) or edit it from the customer detail panel.

Customer Detail Panel

Click any customer to open their detail panel:

  • Full feedback history — every item they've submitted
  • Which priorities they've contributed to
  • Revenue band and contact details
  • Ability to edit name, email or revenue band

Search and Filter

Use the search bar to find a customer by name or email. Filter by revenue band to see what your enterprise customers are saying vs free users.

How It Feeds Priority Scoring

Circuit uses customer data — particularly revenue band — to weight the Revenue Growth and Retention Risks focus lenses. A complaint from 10 enterprise customers can outrank a feature request from 100 free users when you're using the Revenue Growth lens.

Including customer email also enables close-the-loop notifications when you ship something they asked for.
