Slack
Automatically collect feedback from your team's Slack channels.
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack
- Click Connect
- Authorize Circuit in the Slack popup
- Select the channels you want to monitor
How It Works
Circuit polls your selected channels every 10 minutes. Messages are classified, deduplicated and added to your feedback pool automatically.
What gets captured:
- Customer feedback messages posted directly to channels
- Forwarded emails — Circuit parses the sender name and email from forwarded content
What gets filtered out:
- Bot messages
- Messages already imported
- Messages posted before your connection date

You can monitor as many channels as you like. Add more from Settings → Integrations → Slack at any time.
Disconnect
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Slack. Removing the connection stops future polling. Feedback already imported is kept.
